At Minds Alike, your dog will spend the day learning and playing in a calm, structured environment guided by accredited professionals. Our goal is simple: to help your dog thrive emotionally and behaviourally while making your life easier.

What Your Dog’s Day Looks Like

While with us, your dog will:

  • Participate in training sessions, working through a training plan agreed by you *Stay N Train dogs only

  • Join a group walk

  • Enjoy structured play and socialisation

  • Learn to settle and rest

  • Practice impulse control and boundaries

  • Have quiet nap time

  • Receive individual progress videos & notes *Stay N Train dogs only

Is This Right for My Dog?

Puppies (4–6 months) – Half-day slots

  • Adult Dogs – Full days

  • We recommend your dog attends our Stay N’ Train service a maximum of 2 days per week to allow dogs time to rest and decompress

  • There is no limit to the number of Daycare days per week that your dog can attend

Stay N’ Train: Training only works if you’re part of the process!
Kickstart your dog’s Stay N’ Train journey with a friendly induction session, where we’ll talk through your goals and create a tailored plan. You’ll receive a full handover in Week 4, with the option of extra 1:1 sessions to help bring new skills into your home.

Once your goals are achieved, and if your dog is ready, they’ll be invited to move onto our Daycare rate – full details will be shared after the initial training block.

Stay N’ Train - Minimum Booking:

  • 4–8 sessions taken over a 4-week period

  • Invoices are sent at the end of each month and must be paid in full before the next block

Daycare - Minimum Booking

  • One day a week on an ongoing basis

Prices

Stay N’ Train:

Full training day £120

Half training day (puppies) £60

Daycare:

Full day £65 (no 1:1 training)

Half day (puppies) £35 (no 1:1 training)

Important Notes Before You Book

  • Sorry we do not accept:

    • Puppies under 4 months

  • Sorry we do not accept

    • Dogs who are sick, coughing, or in season

  • Sorry we do not accept

    • Dogs with aggression toward other dogs or staff
      (These dogs may be suitable for 1:1 Behaviour Consultations with Laura Ward)

How to Book

  1. Email info@mindsalikeanimaltraining.com with your full name, dog’s name and age so we can register you

  2. Fill in your intake form (via your Welcome Email)

  3. Attend your Induction Session (1 hour):

    • Meet with us

    • Tour our training centre

    • Go for a short walk with your dog

    • Begin building a customised training plan
